Still, the big event is on Fat Tuesday (Feb. 16) with the “Food and Folklore Dinner Series” at 6:30 p.m. for $45/person and a delicious prix-fixe menu.
- Bourbon Street comes to the District at Bohemian Caverns/LIV (11th and U Street NW). With food prepared by the Louisiana Network and music by DJ Rik Ducci, doors open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 in advance.
- The 9th Annual Bourbon Street Bash goes down at Rumors Bar (1900 M Street, NW) on Tuesday, Feb. 16 from 4 p.m. - Midnight. Head there for live music, drinks, beads, Cajun style food and cocktails.
