• Chris Brown’s official after party where he’ll be celebrating the release of his album Graffiti is going down at Ibiza Nightclub (1222 First Street NE). Open bar from 9-10 p.m. and ladies are free before 10 p.m. Rock Cartwright of the Washington Redskins will also be celebrating his birthday here tonight. RSVP!
