The Top Five Parties This Weekend

I’ve taken some time away from my ‘day off’ to run down really quickly the hottest events in the city this weekend. Here goes:
- If you love local hip-hop, stop by Love Nightclub (1350 Okie Street NW) tonight, Friday, Nov. 20 where Wale, Phil Ade, Kingpen Slim and X.O. will be performing. Open bar until 11 p.m. Ladies free until midnight. RSVP by 6 p.m.
- Party on the hill tomorrow night at Lounge 201 (201 Massachusetts Ave. NE) where the hill meets the socialites. RSVP here to get in free before 11 p.m.
- Head to the newly renovated Penang (1837 M Street NW) on Saturday, Nov. 21 to help Andru and James celebrate their birthdays. Should be a pretty fashionable crowd. RSVP now.
- If you want to party for a good cause, head to Station 9 (1438 U Street NW) to help the Capital Area Food Bank. Open bar until 11 p.m. RSVP to get in free before 11 and free before midnight for ladies only.
- Want to try something new? Head to Spot (1214 18th Street NW) for a more ‘international’ experience. RSVP here!
