Spotted: Cedric the Entertainer Parties Hard at The Park

In town for a performance at DAR Constitution Hall, comedian Cedric the Entertainer stopped by The Park at Fourteenth on Friday to party with the locals and pop bottles (Ace of Spades to be specific). Cedric is currently on his “Be Cool” comedy tour.
