Kids in Fenty’s Summer Job Program Caught Smoking Weed

I gotta’ give it to the Washington City Paper readers who don’t let a thing slip by. Kids enrolled in Mayor Fenty’s Summer Youth Employment Program were caught smoking weed at 10:30 a.m. by a WCP reader. The reader said after taking the photos she did call the police but (of course) they showed up after the kids finished. The reader went on to explain she could smell it…and added “don’t ask me how I know what it smells like!” Hilarious.
