Recap: Chrisette Michele Previews Album at Sephora
By DC Fab • May 26th, 2009
Fans came from all over the DMV to hear Chrisette Michele’s sophomore album “Epiphany”. It’s been a while since Chrisette gave us some new material so I was really excited she brought her promotional tour to the area.
Still, Chrisette left many fans who came from far and wide disappointed when she only performed two songs off of her latest. Regardless, Chrisette (per usual) sang them flawlessly. I’ve been a fan of her since I heard “If I Had My Way” and honestly, Chrisette’s songs have gotten me through the worst of times and have added a touch to the best of times (mind your business!).
After performing her two songs in a rather hot Sephora in Tyson’s Corner, the event was over and we went to the food court where we spotted Chrisette getting food as well from Panera Bread. She’s a cool chick.
The best songs off of her album are “Epiphany” (the single), “All I Ever Think About” and “Mr. Right”, which sounds more like her first album than other tracks on the album. Go cop it, but before you do watch Chrisette as she sang her latest single “Epiphany” live for fans:
