W Hotel to Open this Summer

The W Hotel is known for it’s ultimate swankiness. Usually, their lobby turns into a chic lounge at night so I’m really excited about the W Hotel, being developed by Nakheel Hotel, coming to the District this summer.
It’s currently being redesigned by Dianna Wong, and will include 317 rooms and branded suites (think The Fab Empire Fabulosity Suite…well not really but a girl can dream!).
Still, the best part the hotel has to offer includes a DJ spinning hits in the front lobby and the largest ballroom will have a 1920s theme. J&G Steakhouse will also reside in this hotel, and the hotel will have a rooftop terrace with a Moroccan-themed outdoor bar.
The W should open in August. I can’t wait!

Bull Sh@&! Incase you haven’t noticed…. Kimpton has the game on lock! Especially in this area.
